LotuStream Content Licensing Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:
LotuStream, a division of Lotus International Arts Festival ("LotuStream"), and the undersigned filmmaker ("Licensor").

By checking the box and submitting their film to LotuStream, the Licensor agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

The Licensor grants LotuStream a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, promote, and showcase the submitted short film ("Film") on LotuStream’s digital platforms, including:

• LotuStream’s official website
• YouTube channel
• Social media accounts (Google Posts, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Threads, X/Twitter, Bluesky)

LotuStream may feature the Film in advertisements, curated playlists, and promotional materials.

2. Filmmaker’s Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Licensor retains full ownership of the Film, including all copyrights and trademarks. This Agreement does not transfer ownership but grants LotuStream the right to distribute and promote the Film.

3. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely unless terminated by either party. The Licensor may request removal of the Film by submitting a written request, which will be processed within 30 days.

4. Promotion & Exposure

LotuStream may use Film excerpts for promotional content, including:

• Social media posts
• Website features
• Email marketing campaigns
• Collaborations with media outlets and distribution partners

5. Filmmaker’s Representations & Warranties

The Licensor represents that:

• They have legal rights to grant LotuStream the permissions outlined.
• The Film does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• All necessary releases (talent, music, location) have been obtained.

6. No Financial Obligation

No financial compensation is due from LotuStream for featuring the Film. The Agreement is based on mutual promotional benefits.

7. Indemnification & Liability

The Licensor agrees to indemnify LotuStream from any claims related to copyright disputes or third-party rights issues.

8. Agreement Acceptance & Electronic Signature

By checking the box and submitting the Film, the Licensor acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This electronic acceptance is legally binding.
